Lol my hot day box just disappeared
So I received the Hot day box, it keeps telling me that I do not have enough space to receive the items, and clear out 2 use and 1 equip slot, apparently it wasn't enough. I went inside cash shop to put away some perm nx items, came back out, and the box is nowhere to be found.

i doubt that they will do anything for it i sent a ticket and have not got any answer in return.
That happened to be while my equip/etc/use tabs had more than enough space. I just cleared my Setup too (since that was full) and it worked. So just make sure [b]all[/b] your inventories have a few spaces.

even if we didn't have enough space for the items it should have not deleted itself though.
Mine worked, I just made sure I had a lot of room in every tab.
Yeah, you have to have 2 setups free to open it

I was able to open mine, same with my guildmates and bl. Make sure to have 2 open setup slots too
