How do you even get sweet water equips to do this? o.O

I was asking this question earlier but how exactly does the transportation work? Does the scrolled attack from an empress equip get transferred to the sweet equip? Like will my 12 attack emp shoe turn into a 12 attack sweet shoe? With the same amount of slots used?

@FlamyHeavens: That's pretty nice actually, but I haven't seen anyone get one yet, I've only seen Sweet water equips here and there.

NPC = 10% success rate, 10 times every day.

ALSO, according to that blog, it cannot blow up.
When a transposition fails, nothing happens, and you simply have to try again.

Yes Upgrade Anvils drop from the two voyage bosses and have a much higher rate than the other method

you can make voyages to maple harbors as well

There's apparently another way, where some kind of anvil drops from bosses and the rate is much higher.

The NPC was working on the day of the patch and now it seems to be broken.
