Doubting about my job application

I applied for a part time job as accountant at a firm that makes magazines. It's volunteer work, but that didn't bother me much because I'm aiming for some relevant job experience on my resume. The company works with young volunteers for the most part, and me as a higher educated person (that doesn't ask for compensation) would be a great input for them (no arrogance). I was extremely motivated at the beginning, but now my motivation has completely slacked away. My application started in September. After the first interview the communication went extremely shtti. The manager/recruiter was very slow or didn't even anwser my mails. A month later I had my second interview, which went by Skype with another person. She completely forgot me while I was waiting for 20 minutes. Then I had to wait for that other guy because he wanted to finish his dinner (which took another 30 minutes). Again I was put on hold for a long time.

This week I got a mail from her, wanting me to invite for a third interview (also probably the last one judging the mail). Truth be told, we're three months further and I'm really done with them. Taking easy with me while I'm trying my best to help them. Neither I have much time these days. I have to find an intern company, write my thesis, make time for my new hobby and I'm also working at a restaurant. Also their FB page ain't getting good reviews from customers, so putting it on my resume would maybe not be a great idea.

I'm really doubting in going further with this whole job appliction. The work can be done at home, but I will have to work together with people that never heard of good communication: taking time in anwsering mails of their co-workers and customers. Eventually the problem will also lead to me. So yeah, the third interview will take place this weekend, and I'm still doubting in messaging her back to confirm.

Honestly, if it's a part time job and they're keeping you in the dark for 3 months then you should start looking for other jobs. Poor communication and long wait times aren't the best sign in business. I wouldn't want to work for a business like that.

I had a similar experience looking for a job after college. the dude that was interviewing me had beyond poor communication. he was going to be my boss, and i just decided that wasn't the kind of person i wanted to work for. i didn't even work there yet and i already hated it, i wasn't going to subject myself to feeling that way everyday.
