Stuck On a Black Screen? Star / Blackhaven
Whenever I tried to do act 1 in the blackhaven quest line, the screen remains black (the only perceivable thing is the white finger pointing), I just entered Star Planet, and now it's stuck at the same black screen. Problem is that even if I log out, when I log back on my character is still stuck in the 'black screen'..

Same thing happened to me. Just turn off and on your computer. It's what managed to fix mine
