did i get hacked?
I tried to log into my account today but it said "try again later" then i tried again after like 1 hour then it said "password invalid or non-existing account" was i hacked and jsut got my password changed?

Possibly, but pray that you didn't. Hopefully you're just typing your password wrong.
Your account was deactivated by Nexon, or you're just lagging.
Go login at https://nexon.net (and ONLY use http[b]s[/b]) and change your password.
