I would recommend DSI, personally I find having alternate gear for Decent buffs is annoying to say the least. I can't kill the harder bosses before the buffs expire and swapping out gear during the battle is a drag.

Some combination of % min crit and % stats. DSI is useful depending on the class though You can always use a pair of DSI gloves or if you're super funded, you can just rely on several pet buffs and go buffless to make bossing at bosses with death counts easier

Min crit if you don't cap and have a high crit rate.
DSI if you cap on every boss. This is more of a convenience thing and means you don't need to swap gloves for DSE/DSI
