@fwuffehstarz: i have updated the drivers aswell during the process of trying to fix it but it didn't seem to help either.
only thing i can do is rollback the drivers now.

When i used the resolution 1366 * 768 and i am on windowed mode, the exact same piece of the game is cut off, how is that possible?

@imcrunk: Try and reinstalling amd drivers and see if the issue is fixed. If not then it's probably an issue with windows 10 and amd. But I really think it's just the amd drivers need to updated if you hadn't already.

@piana
Adapter type : AMD Radeon HD 6450
Chip type :AMD radeon graphics processor (0x6779)
DAC type : Internal DAC (400MHz)
Adapter string : AMD Radeon HD 6450
Theres only one of them.

I'm not sure.
it says AMD radeon graphics processor (0x6779)
Internal DAC (400MHz)
@piana , honestly i bought the computer as a whole, didn't build it or anything.

@piana: yeah i actually have those exact settings but it doesn't seem to matter, i thought that was what fixed it last time around when i had the same problem on windows 8, but apperently not.
