I have plenty of money to buy the %int gear it is just I can't find it.

A normally GM scrolled E-staff 1-4 would give you way more than average damage from lvls 103-163. It would also save you alot, from then having to recube/scroll/AEE a lvl 163 Estaff, and you could spend that extra dough on cubing your own gear, instead of owling for it.

If you have the dough, especially in populated servers (Scania, bera, broa, windia), it should be more than easily possible to get decent mage stuff. You could probably settle for 12% int stuff easily.
Ofc, for anything more than decent, you're probably gonna have to cube yourself (12%+ empress stuff and whatnot, 15% int normal gear).
Also, why are you even perfecting a lvl 103 staff with enchantments? Those would be way more useful on a lvl 163 E-staff.

Int is impossible to find in Bera. I always spend days looking for 15%+ and then get bored and you protections on my staff. I need 3 more to perfect it.

BTW in the screenshot in the OP I only have 20 ADA.
