How to hit speed cap?
I was wondering how to hit speed cap on a kaiser. I have green MPE potions, the speed buff at 2nd job, and the transfiguration gauge thing. Would that be it or do I need like DSI to finish the job?

to bad ia and dsi don't stack together.. its one or the other :[

Right, DSI + MPE + IA (or hyper instead of IA) to hit speed cap

Oh Ok, so either I need DSI + majesty or IA + majesty. To have perm cap tho I need IA + DSI
