In BelloNova, I saw 2 fused Smiling masks sold for 355m each. One was +4 Int, the other +4 Luk. I'm not sure about Scania though. =/
Well in Khaini they go for 300m. It's roughly a little over 2k for an anvil. So like a 1:70 rate it'd be about 300-400m so 250m and below I'd say is a steal.
