PC Odd rose clipping thingy

after getting 2 alchemists to lvl 10 herbalism, i have dug for herbs thousands of times. in that time i found 2 'rose clippings' which i believe r used for the Charm/pocket/ face expression quests.
does anyone know if the rose clippings are valuable? they r tradeable and seem rare from my experience.

i looted one that some random person dropped then i saw 1 sold for 50m....then i was like "wth?" then went over to the character i looted it on then i was like "oh i dropped it" then i was like "kewl.....kewl...." then i came here.
I sold mine for 100m.
