How much range would it take to hit 10m per line with Ele?
I was trying to grind at Twilight Perion and it was just taking me AGES to kill one of them,
so i was trying to figure out what kind of range it would take to two hit them.
Any help is appreciated

My 210k range does 2m tops with it
So probably about 1m range.

That's far too low for 10m.
It would depend on a number of factors for you to hit 10m on golems since they also count as bosses. If I had to make a rough estimate, then you may be able to do it around 1m fully buffed. There aren't many sairs to compare to, but giving a rough estimate from a max range sair I saw in kms with their slightly boosted ELE (due to lack of hypers) I would guess 1m is decent enough to accomplish this with boss damage.
