Dominator Pendant Crafting
So I've been planning to make a Phantom, and funding it so today I bought a Dominator Pendant Recipe, and I'm curious if I have to craft it on the Phantom, as it states the item is untradeable, and needs PSoK, so I'm curious is it untradeable after being crafted or equip! Thank you for your help in advance!

I see one or two golden flowers every few maps. It doesn't seem that un-obtainable. The issue is do people want to take the time to do so.

Shouldn't they be dropping from Golden Flowers and Heartstones?
Craft it at Justice patch. I heard nexon took away the requirements where you need a chtp, blazing sun pendant, etc.

You need 10 Superior Abrasives as well as other stuff...
I know you can buy them at that NPC in Ardentmill but that's gonna cost 500,000 mesos in total.
