185 Training methods?

So.. I came back to Maple Story recently, tried out all the new classes, but didn't have much fun with them. Sure they are strong, but NL's seem to fit my gameplay the most, so I'm sticking with it. However training is a bit of a problem for me...=/ I die 2 shot at SH, so it's kind of hard training there... Are there any other methods to level, something fun and enjoyable? Or even a different training area? ;/

I had the same problem when I started training my NL at SH. Decent HB helps, but not as much as a good party.

A good party will have those high HP melee characters keeping the monsters in a tight group with the middle of the map so that the ranged characters (NLs, BMs, Mercs) who are low on HP can stand outside of their range and pound away.

And BTW... HOH monsters hit much harder than DH2.

@Rescue, No, I don't think I have? Why do you ask?
@Davyn, I guess I just have to suck it up at SH then huh?... Is HoH any better?

I'm in the same boat. It's either LHC, events/bosses occasionally, or dying in 3 hits at StrongHold.

Hmm.. bleh, I guess I can, but I heard NL's aren't really all that wanted in parties nowadays =/ for SH anyways

I don't even know if I can solo HT QQ. Don't you generally need a party for that?
I'm thinking playing DB or not =/

Go to HoH. The monster will kill you pretty fast. But unlike SH, there is a rope, so you can buy leech. Don't flame me for telling you to leech. But i think that's the only option you have. I had a lvl 181 merc but i quoted because it had terrible survivalbility. I made a db, and now I'm in love with it. 100% avoid <3

HT solos. Decent EXP, get a nice penny in your pocket if anything.
