@Bosnie1996: From my understanding if the shield is below 100 but still 3rd tier it will only be able to get up to 30% and 20% boss per line. If it's 100+ it will be able to get the most per line which is 40% and 35% boss.

I just perfected my VIP shield with 60%'s. Comes to a total of 18 M. Atk and a years worth of hunting those damn scrolls. I would check the FM every day with an Owl and they would usually sell for 100mil. Since they cost so much and are rare, I suggest you use Lucky Day scrolls and try to get lv100 diligence for that extra 10% success rate. Didnt fail a single scroll with this method, so good luck to you ^^

The 30% dark scrolls for gloves for m att and the 30% dark scrolls for shields for m att both came from a Malaysia quest.
I believe the one that involved collecting the bus tickets.
However it was a random prize, the two listed above were two of eight random scroll rewards.
I have (2) 30% dark scrolls for gloves for m att
and (1) 30% dark scroll for shield for m att if anyone is interested in buying.

I'm fairly certain you get a 30% m.atk scroll from a quest, although the specific quest line is something I can't recall.

30s are that rare? I have one..sadly you are not in Bera..

30s are more and more rare so you're in for a long search.

1 tip, dont think about NOT using protection scrolls for both item, slots and the actual scroll. You dont wanna hunt 30% shield m.atts for 3 years

i just settled for a perfect scrolled t2 shield just take what you can get i made my mage maple shield to legendary and pretend its a t3 unique >:3

if u use owls u can find 30%s sometimes i got about 4 in half a year

so now where do you get shild matt? here in ems neraly nobody sells matt shild, only rarely someone shild att for 80m+ each >_>

3rd, Last or VIP, since those are 3rd tier, and tradable. Last or VIP would be best though.

you can try and make the demos mage shield. its 4th tier but untradeable. but it still looks nice

30s are near extinct, shield m.att 60% are quite... urhm rare, but they're there ^^

As for shield, i'd recommend 4th visitor or VIP shield. Tradable 3rd tier and they look pretty magical
