At the end if that red headed guy donated his heart to kanade than why was kanade in that world before him? Also did the guy rest in peace?

it's one of those plot holes you're supposed to ignore for the sake of enjoying the anime

Maybe there was a delay? Like Kanade got there first, but he had to wait several years before he got to the afterlife.
They're unexplained plot holes that destroy the integrity of the story; however, I won't be surprised if they're explained in an inevitable sequel.
At 60k+ BD sales, 'dat amazing 1/8 scale of Kanade (which sold tons), and KEY soundtracks (which also sold tons because the nips will buy $50 CDs), AB! S2 is in due time.
