well depends on how many enhances, but u can do the maths, if the attack before enhancements is around 276 or 284 then buy it and pray u boom it enhancing to 15 stars so u can trace it to a new weapon, finish scrolling and enhance again. that way it would be an awesome deal, in any other case not that good.
i bought my staff 316m atk with +24int Magnus soul 12 stars for 800m in Winda

It's obviously already enhanced. Base matk is 204. Even if it were prime scrolled, it would only have 284 since it's +8. And if it were primed, no there is no way it would only be 1.8b.
If it's perfected without enhancements you better buy it now.
Its probably already enhanced...
that sounds like a great deal imo how many stars tho?
