Decent Si. No Noticeable speed difference?
Hey guys,
So I just recently cubed some gloves to have Decent SI. However, I noticed when I use Decent SI + Green Pot + Booster, I am attacking at the exact same speed as when I'm just using a Green Pot + Booster. Keep in mind I'm using a 1h Fafnir sword. Am I missing something?

correct me if im wrong, in order to achieve max speed; 1h needs booster + mpe pot to break cap, for 2h; booster,SI,inner attack speed and mpe pot to break cap.
with 1h sword u cap speed, use a 2h sword ul see difference but if u get green MPE pots ul be able to break speed cap and ul see the difference
@Jaicen: 540 ms delay at faster (0). Yes, it's more significant than going from faster (2) to faster (1) due to rounding.
Thanks for all the replies.
@Revolutionist Thanks for data. I'll test it out when I get home. Do you happen to know how fast Blast would be if I achieved (0) speed? I heard it was a significant attack speed boost, though I could be wrong.
I noticed something similar with some of DA's moves.
To add on to what Revolutionist said, some skills wont increase in speed when you increase your attack speed due to them already being at a really low rate.
Well, you're basically at faster (1) with Self-SI (Extreme Green Potion has to be in effect for you to break the speed cap) compared to faster (2) without it, so no, there shouldn't be a huge difference. Other than that, you could always do the old method of using your slowest attack skill, and compare how many attacks you do with and without Self-SI in one minute.
Also note that one speed stage increased usually leads to 30 ms being reduced (it can be greater, but 30 ms is the minimum usually), which is barely noticeable for most people. Blast at faster (2) is 630 ms delay, and at faster (1) becomes 600 ms delay.
i think you capped maxed speed with 1h+booster+green pot already
green pot breaks the speed cap
i think you capped maxed speed with 1h+booster+green pot already
