The thing that shows you how much an equip will effect your range, does % stats add to it? (eg 6% luk potential)

It shows the range increase or decrease according to the 4th ring in your inventory (bottom one).

Everything on the item has an effect to the range increase, as far as I know. ( So yes )
Any stat increase or decrease has an effect on the item, potential included.
