Well, just an advice, you get to lvl 100, then stuck up with Monster Park Extreme tickets, if you get like 30 or so, you can get from 100 to 141 in 4 hours of 2x (doing KFT, Ludi maps)... then you move to Dimensional Invasion from 141 to 160 or so.. you'll lvl fast... so unless your friend plays 24/7, you'll catch up anytime soon...

A cheap class that does good damage is DA, WH, F/P Mage. They are all pretty easy to level and can go quite far with a 2B funding.(far as in better than some other class can use 2b)

I have a level 138 Phantom. They're ho esly great fun and pretty good DPS with low funds UP TO A POINT. I am not funded by any means and it's honestly just so annoying to do NO damage. Being a luk class makes it even harder since it's a desirable stat. Tbh it's easier to fund an INT or DEX class since they're pretty cheap. F/P, MM, WH, BT, Evan, BW and Mercedes are all good for that.

Honestly, if you only have 2B and are set on Phantom play it support - that's what I do now.

Wrote some things about the classes inside the quote and bolded what seems to be your best option here. As for recommendations see what looks fun and try that. If you don't care about damage then any of those +Phantom are fine
