Windrider scroll pls
Hey guys,
So I've heard about this Windrider scroll that is super great, but I have some silly questions pls help
1. How do you even get these scrolls.
2. What is the fastest way to farm these scrolls.

Update notes.
1. You get these scrolls from doing an event quest. the quest is limited to 1 character per account and can only be started if you have a level 33+
To obtain this 90% scroll you must complete a 3 chain quest within a week. On which the 3rd time you finish the quest (in a week) you receive the scroll.
2. You can only "farm" these scrolls by making multiple accounts and leveling a single character in all of those accounts to level 33.
