Picture pl0x. We'll never know if he's effed up or something.
My cats (I have 3) don't spit out hairballs and they clean themselves constantly. The oldest is ~3 years old. Never seen a hairball from her. Middle is ~2 years old. No hairballs, but rather, this weird noise that she stops making after a few minutes. Only happens like once every month. My youngest is a little over a year old, no hairballs.
However, my cats do throw up quite a bit.
Cats shed like insanely. You won't believe it. The picture isn't loading so I don't know if Chuck is short haired or long haired, but long haired cats are worse on the shedding. Just groom weekly and it hopefully shouldn't be a big problem.
Just giving TS some advice
Cats suck..
Cuh-uute .
Did you know that cats often spit out hairballs that easily sticks to fabric ?
Tell them by adopting the cat, you will be doing a good thing, and if they don't, tell them that they should be happy with themselves because they just killed a cat.
If his dad is anything like I think he is, he will probably say something like, "GOOD! I am happy! Too many darn feral cats runnin around - they all need to be killed!", so I don't think that is the best argument, lol.
