I need some clarification
I've been getting mixed signals lately and need to know...What is the best method for scrolling RA Hat/Top/Bottom now? I had been on hiatus for a few months and now I'm confused as to the best method for scrolling. A lot of people have said 30% traces, others have said chaosing is still the best. Then there's the primes but...budget isn't ready for that lol.
Any input? Thanks.

Prime > Cog > Trace
All depending on your budget.
About Traces - 30% only
About Cog - While you should hope for 2~5 attack, You should also hope for 2~5 main stat.
When I Cog'd my hat, It got +28 attack and +30 dex which is a huge boost.

Make sure to do it during fever time and with as high as diligence as you can.

If you're on a tight budget, go with spell traces.
If you're rich af, go with primes.
CSoG's are only good if you get att, which would probably require a lot of return scrolls which = $$$.
