Anyone have any tips for bulking up?

Well, first a few things about me: I'm 16, 6 foot and 67 kgs or 147 lbs.
Ever since I can remember I've been pretty skinny, not anorexic, just lean. I need to put on a bit of weight for rugby this year and I was wondering if anyone has any tips on how to do so. I've tried eating heaps but it just doesn't seem to help and really makes me just feel terrible.

So if anyone could recommend to me some ways of picking up some pounds it would be a great help.
Thanks.

Its not all about eating, working out really helps you gain weight. Focus on getting you arms buff first, because it helps you with all the other upper body exercises.

@Dialogue. Yeah, I suppose taking advantage of my schools gym more regularly would be a smart investment.

@NewZealandBoi. I would prefer to just gain weight naturally. However, if that doesn't work I guess I can start trying out those products. I'm actually from New Zealand as well and I'm not a 'rich white/asian.' I'm just your standard normal white teenager from Auckland.

@Caligula. Alright I'll try working on my diet.
Alright, HERE WE GO. Remember that it's 65% DIET and 35% EXERCISE Low reps high weight. Calisthenic are also important, so don't forget that. And if you're not poor and one of those rich white/asian kids. WEIGHT GAINERS get you there. I guarantee you at least 10lbs each container of 5lb weight gainer. ON and RE-BUILT Mass is both very good supplement companies. Don't forget to take a Multi- Vitamin Either. That's $100 Bucks the first purchase. Then every 3 weeks is $70 for the gainer and $30 each 2 1/2 month for the Multi- Vitamins. Got all my info from a very cool dude that works at GNC. Good Luck dude.
GNC rep hustled your ass hard. 10 lbs off 5 lbs of protein? Come on, son. Come on.
