I meant do they pay you for every scroll you pass successfully or for each scroll you use?
Both. you can pay per scroll, or you can buy vip, which means the service provider will 5 ee your equipment until it works. obviously more expensive than the single scrolls
1 scroll gives 5 enhancements
The seller uses a 5-star Enhancement Scroll instead of normal EE scrolls.
