help me find my email or user
So I'm trying to recover an old account I used to use so I can get back into maple. However, I can't remember the email I used for the account... I remember the username for the account, but to recover the password I need the email (which I completely forgot). Is there a way to find the email of an account if I know the user and/or the character name on the account? Whether hacks are neccessary or not I don't even care at this point.

Well if you're on the same computer you should be able to check your old info in your reg files. I did this a few years ago when I completely forgot my info for this no name mmo I used to play and wanted to see how it was coming along. Unfortunately, if you've changed computers, then no dice on that method. But getting help from nexon should help as well so long as you do the live chat and not wait for a response to a ticket, because they take ages to get to tickets lol.
Actually, I just did this. My past situation was, long story short, I recovered an old account who's email was deleted from comcast since I terminated services with them when I moved. If you remember the exact username and can give nexon enough information to prove that you are the original owner of the account, they will change the email linked to that account to whatever open email you have now (it cannot already have a nexon account linked to it). They also require some sort of official federal identification. Yes, I had to send them a picture of my drivers license in a ticket and I can attest, that this works.
1) make a new account
2) go through live chat / send a ticket regarding your issue
3) wait for reply
They will most likely grant you a new email for your account but they will need identification to confirm the account yours. They will need either passport, driver license, or any type of photographic identification. Pain in the ass if you ask me.
