Gms in Europe
Hey guys, I'm currently on a Study Abroad program in London, and I was wondering if there were any good ways recently to play GMS in Europe. My account is not pre-2007, so I can't bypass the IP restriction. I've tried WTFast, but for some reason, I can log on with GameLauncher, but once I enter my PIN, it doesn't let me actually get into the game and sends me back to the login screen saying "Unable to connect to server." I've also tried logging in from the website and it gives me the same error. Hotspot Shield also doesn't work anymore, as it was a pretty popular VPN service and Nexon probably caught wind of it. WTFast worked for a little bit so I paid for the monthly subscription, but now it just doesn't function for me anymore. Any suggestions?

Are you sure both of these methods work? For method 2, it won't let you log in through gamelauncher if you're in the UK.

Just to let you know, I've gotten permanently banned for using VPN's in the UK.
if i remember correctly using a VPN or third party program to bypass the server locations is against the ToS of Maplestory and can result in a suspension or a ban.
Im not 100% on this, but I did read about it about a year ago on basil when I was in korea and wanted to play GMS a bit

When i was in germany last summer i found that kepard works pretty well. If you're already in london you can sign up for a one day free trial to check its quality so you don't end up wasting $

I have every intention of exploring London, but there are still things I need to handle on GMS.

@shyally I can get past the login screen. Like, I can get to my character screen, but the moment I enter my PIN and click Start, it disconnects me.

He's kind of right though. Your only options are:
1. Have a pre-2007 account
2. Use a VPN
Anybody can get to the login screen. If you disconnect when you try to login, that means that Nexon noticed you're in a country that is IP-banned on an account that doesn't bypass the restriction.
If you want to keep trying, then keep trying different VPNs. I doubt a free one will work though.
