Equips/Mesos Shortage
I have a dual blade in Khaini who is level 123 and I am not sure what quests or things to do for it to get better equips I only have 3 mil, (used the rest on mastry and one equip ) what can I do to get more mesos other then buy nx, any quests that give you good equips (other then silent crusade already in the process).

Everday look for a henehoe thats buying fame and sell it to them, try to look for one thats 500k-1m
Another is red coin shop, you can easily sell some rev equips for 50m+
Save mesos from pots instead of buying them just farm those ice cubes and get the pots from that
Sell hot time rewards, alot of time they will have items that will be tradeable and useful, so sell them
Sorry to burst your bubble sir, but the best way for you to get mesos is to buy NX, considering that's what Maplestory has become. It's basically Pay-To-Win x1,000,000,000,000
Kill monsters around your level and pick up the meso sacks (example: Leafre monsters drop 1k-1.5k each)
Get into the professions trade.
