Well Its not im a total stranger to her you know.
I go to her barber store for like 3 years now.
But she never cuts my hair so , i mostly dont get the change to speak to her.
But ok, ill try to get her number.

Okay. You barely talk to her. At least talk to her and get her number. If she doesn't even know your name, than don't ask her out.

I will have to get back to my friends." This will cause a false time constraint so that you can get her #. The false time constraint also leaves
it so that if she thinks that you are super creepy, then she can feel at ease knowing that you will leave early.

But you barely even know her enough...
I would just suggest getting to know her better so that before you date her, you know what she enjoys and such
