Interview for summer job. What to wear?

I have an interview for a summer job in a couple hours and I'm not sure how dressed up I should get. This is a lifeguarding job at a local community pool. Do you guys think I should dress casually or go for the whole dress shirt/pants + tie getup. Thanks I'm 16 btw

Amazing

What would you wear to a formal party?

Dress nice, first impressions are everything. I don't hire lifeguards who dress to the interview like they came off the street. Depending on the facility, they might not either

just a button-down shirt, nice pants, and a belt should be fine. that's at least what we like people to wear when hiring at my movie theatre. it's not like you'd lose the job for overdressing.

Well the saying is to usually wear +1 level from what you would normally wear to work. Since you would only wear a bathing suit, casual dress is fine as long as it is not TOO casual. Like wearing baggy pants and a football jersey is a no no.
