No Potential on Gold Maple Leaf Emblem
I swear all my posts are just stupid questions.
Anyway, i found that my gold leaf emblem didn't have any potential, and after doing some research, i found that you could buy a new emblem (potted) from Athena Pierce.
Dropped it, got the quest to receive a new one, and bought a few times already, no hidden potentials.
How come I'm not getting the potted emblems like everyone is? Was this a problem that was fixed?

you 70% pot it until you get 3Ls.
