They mean they want you to leave all the previous messages both to you and from you in your message when you reply.
Some people edit out the earlier stuff to make it less cumbersome, but Nexon wants to see what was said in your earlier e-mails and their replies so they'll know what it's all about.
Just reply to their e-mail and leave everything below your reply unchanged and it should be ok.
