Just play. You don't need to spend money on the game to enjoy it. RNG will bless you some day.

Mid-range hunter and rogue have a good match-up against mech mage.

Mid-range pally/druid and demon-lock can also fair well against them.

On my climb to legend almost 70% of the decks I faced were mech mage. >.<

If you're able to keep the mech mage's board clear and keep your own board then you will win.

You need to able to dictate trades by using sticky minions such as zombie chow, shielded mini-bot, piloted shredder and sludge belcher. (Assuming you're playing a generic paladin deck)

Clear mech warper and snow chugger asap and try your best to deny the mech mage from gaining synergy through their blastmages and tinkertowns.

Mulligan heavily for knife juggler, zombie chow, consecrate, muster for battle, and shielded mini-bot.

Don't try to outrace in this match-up as most of the time they're the beat down and you're the control.

If you haven't gotten Naxramas yet then I highly suggest you do so.

Mainly Paladin my second main Warrior. Being a FTP user I've only gotten about 2 epics on my Paladin and rest common>rare..
