Do the anniversary armor boxes drop in singapore/malaysia?
I'm farming these on my lvl 14x phantom and i'm barely getting any at dark cornians even though the spawn is crazy. I'm thinking of going to mp3 and hunt there instead. Do they drop there? If not, what's a better place to farm those at 149? Help would be appreciated; I need like 100+ boxes.

They drop in DiPQ. I think I've gotten one from MP3
It should drop event items at Singapore and Malaysia since a while now, but before that these regions were excluded. The drop rate is still low, you can also try Dimension Invasion for these boxes.
