I got nexond reaaal hard
Hey guys,
I got hacked this year somewhere in March and I opened a ticket about that. After waiting for about 5 months I got this reply:

I understand that your account may have been compromised. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.
A full investigation was conducted on your account based on the information you provided us. Results of our investigation show that your account was not compromised with the information you provided. Due to this, we will not be able to assist you further with this issue.
Please understand that you are responsible for ensuring that your account is secured. Sharing account information puts your account at risk. I encourage you to regularly change the password on your account to ensure that your account is safe.''
Wow nexon. Just wow. They're basicly saying I made it all up, which I didn't. It is nexon's fault I got hacked in the first place. The day before I got hacked I bought some NX and I purchased some stuff from the MTS. So either their site, or the MTS was leaking information. I even provided them with my IP adress so they should be able to easily spot the hacker. I'm starting to wonder if they've even tried to help me out here.
What should I do now?
PS: Don't give me that crap that it is my own fault because I would have given my info. I wasn't stupid enough to do that when I started playing this game (when I was 12) and I'm still not dumb enough to do that now I'm 18.

I changed my password right after I found out I got hacked.
To the people with tickets: if you feel like it takes to long, open a new one. Last week I opened another ticket about the same issue and it took them only a week to respond to that.

OT: Yea.. I got hacked 3 wks ago now, nothing on my ticket.. Lost 1.2b, 8 characters and a 3 yr old acc..

I did give them enough information. I explained the whole situation to them, including that I purchased NX from their site and I made a purchase in the MTS. I gave them my IP adress so they should be able to point out that an IP different from the one I gave them belongs to the hacker. I even gave them the date on which it happened so they should have spotted a different IP right away.
I've opened another ticket about it. I hope they take it serious this time.
