P/c Warrior Tyrant Cape
Has 1 enhance on it atm, 21% str legendary pot with +2% str bonus pot.
So total of 23% str atm.
Looking at slapping a 4% neb to make it 27% str.
So need P.C for both 27 and 23.
Also can you wear a HT pend as a 2nd pendant. I got a spare 20% str HT pend sitting.
