No, this is a valid reason to be asspained. I'm not here to see a forum flooded with inane questions, nor am I here to answer them, and I'm sure others feel the same way.
Until I'm able to filter threads like this, you will be met with useless responses or others who have taken their time of day to give you a reasonable answer (you should appreciate these people). But seriously,

if you are hellbanned then nexon can lift the hellban, but if you want them to unlift the hellban then... idk how that even works

The more appropriate question to be asking would be something like,
"Has your hellban been lifted yet? Post here if it has"
