Defog and 4th gen

As of now there is no real way to get Defog on Pokemon without transferring (kind of like how we couldn't get Knock Off without transferring before). So maybe they will remake the 4th Gen into 3D soon. SOON. ASDFGHJKL

It'll inevitably happen in the future. But I don't think Game Freak develops remakes of games just so you can get that one move for competitive play, it's probably just a factor they'd consider for the next in the series (as happened to ORAS where they brought back the Gen 5 Move Tutors).

Pokemon should nerf stealth rock lol... its over centralizing the meta game WAY too much. Its pretty much a must to run a rapid spinner / defogger. And there's like only one viable spinner in excadrill, meaning defog support is crucial.

Lol, it was sarcasm because I know that there isn't a real way to breed defog onto Lati@s without transferring them. That's why I mentioned them at the end.

I hope we can breed it on to Skarmory or Lati@s. You know, get the move on 5/6 IV for battling?

Move tutors do not teach Defog, sadly.

EDIT: Also, Diamond and Pearl came out 8 years ago (almost 9). Platinum is fairly new since it came out in 2009. Much like how R/S were released before Emerald did.

4th Gen remakes seem kinda far-fetched (put not intended). They weren't even that long ago and the graphics are still pretty nice on it. I agree that Kanto needs a remake, if anything.
They really should have just given Defog to one of those new move tutors, though, but of course Gamefreak had to do something to screw us over.
oh god i hope they don't make a remake of 4th gen... or at least any time soon. there won't even be any nostalgia. the 1-3gen remakes were at least 10 yrs apart
yea, i hope they dont, the only game i could see getting a remake in 3D is the OG Red and Blue/Green but even then they already had remakes and people arent really begging for a Gen 1 Remake, R/S/E remakes had a gigantic following since Gen 4 and whether or not Game Freak planned to remake R/S/E they must've seen the demand for it and decided to just go ahead and remake them

I personally would like a RBY 3D remake just because even the remakes were released before the Special/Physical split and that was lame cus some pokemon like Gyarados were kinda useless

and i want them to follow me again Dammit! i miss that feature
