Basil post options not working?

For whatever reason I can't seem to get the options on forum posts to show up Have no idea what's wrong... I've reloaded several times, moved through several forums, and none of them seem to be working.

Currently using Google Chrome; is that the issue? Because it'd be weird if it was, since I've used Basil on Chrome before (haven't been on in some number of months, granted...) and it worked fine then, but now it's not... Argh! o.o
