Scania has more people; more people means more people that marvel and that boss, which means more items in the economy, and it also means more hackers (not necessarily for claws, but 25% boss nebs were heavily duped in scania a while ago to the point where they were like 100m each, now they're back to 500 each lol, in bera they've never gone below 3b >.< )

Because prices vary from world to world.
@Jelly Keep in mind he is in scania, and it's a bit outdated scrolling wise, but the neb alone makes it sort of worth transposing if someone's willing to rescroll it untradable- I'd go with around 2.5 @Jaguarclaw22 dawg you're wearing tempest stuff...
