The pirates in Mu Lung are great. I got a lot of my coupons from there.

The Roids in RnJ do drop the coupons and since you're a bishop, finding a party won't be that difficult.
For another solution try grinding Captain Kru and his mobs on the Pirate Ship in Mu Lung.
