I need an android fix

Hey guys, so I recently wanted to root my phone to put in a Jelly bean rom (T989 [T-Mobile Samsung galaxy s2]) also known as the hercules, and the rom didn't quite work out for me. I'm not sure what to do because when I try to restore my old backup that I thought I backed up, (not sure if it saved or what...?) it didn't work for me. Now it's really making me worry; I need to use my phone tomorrow and I've been looking for a fix everywhere. If anyone knows anything about this kind of thing, whether or not I need to flash a new rom on there or find some thing to revert my whole phone back to it's original OS (I have tried).

It isn't bricked, cause I can still use it. My problem is that my phone didn't run the rom I had put on it correctly, so I tried to wipe it out and run my backup, who knows, it says it's "unmounted" or whatever and when I rebooted the device it just ran cyanogenmod. And the problem I have with that is that it's not loading. Just keeps at that splash screen. I'm so sorry if this is hard to read, but I just made a huge mistake cause I need my phone to get around tomorrow, and if I don't my mom's gonna kill me.
How did you back it up? CWM?

I recently tried to do a fresh boot of Jelly Bean on my Nexus S, wiped everything using CWM.
Then wiped /sdcard using my Mac resulting in "Can't mount /sdcard" which I'm not sure is the same thing as what you're experiencing but I couldn't access the /sdcard partition to install a new ROM.
The way I worked around reinstalling the ROM was the flash it manually using Command Prompt (or in my case, using Terminal since I have a Mac) - you'll need the image file of your phone's ROM, there should be four files (boot.img, recovery.img, system.img and userdata.img) once extracted.
Then following these steps, it should get your phone back to stock.
Yeah. I used CWM to back it up, cause that's what the guide told me to do.

I'm not sure if I can obtain that file, where did you extract those four from?

@Miksu I did a backup from CWM before I fully wiped my device. I'm not sure where that backup went to, but I know I did it before I attempted to put in the rom.

I installed a new rom so I could use it, but it isn't a fully functional one.

@TheSinsher and @Suryoyo I just wanted stock android instead of touchwiz/t-mobile crap all piling up in my phone.
