How good is Fusing Items
So how good is it i was thinking of using it and fusing a top and bottom for myself and i want to know a few things
1) what the highest % stats you can get on lvl40 Equips
2)would it be better for me to cube my 14str 28dex Overall instead i don't really cube so if i get 6~9% i usually stop

Does fusing work with Cape also if so what capes should i use i have a 3% but want 6% + and i know i can buy one but last time i remember they were around 250mil+ are they still the same price?
i have 3% Rex earrings and i would like to get better one with out losing the 10% hp since i Boss a lot and lack Hp can what are the price on 6% + Rex are they still 300mil+o.o
is a 16.5k Damage range good for a lv.168 i am in like the top 5 active MM in my Server and all my Friend ahead of me have like 32k+ ranges
