Are my stats at least Average?
My Stats:
DEX: 172 (120)
LUK: 396 (332)
Range: 2047~2775
I'm just wondering if its at least average stats for a chief bandit and such
If not, is it something that can be fixed with more luk equips?

You can get a full AP reset for 14.8k NX. And, to put it bluntly, yes, it's a serious issue.
