I was wondering if the 3x card from Marvel stacks with 2x card from the CS and also if the 3x card activates as soon as you redeem the code.

Thanks guys, I do remember something about you can only stack Use, CS, and Event exp buffs.
dont redeem it yet with marvel being glitched,nexon aslo wrote about it and if u have the glitch report it.
if its a coupon in cash section, it does not stack
