%stat is not desirable on a weapon.

Best would be in this order:

-%boss
-%pdr
-%attack (if u don't boss, %attack trumps the upper 2)
-%total damage

If you have lower than 100% additive PDR, I'd say go with a ignore def, but if you have over that go with a %att one.

If you're not gonna boss just get %attack.

%pdr is for poor people who boss but cant afford %boss nebs.
25% boss is the standard bossing neb.

If you don't boss then ignore def isn't very good either. % attack would be the best against regular mobs.

If you don't want to use boss nebulite, I would suggest getting PDR% instead. To me, the other nebulites are a waste if used on weapons.
The only time I used (or would use) an attack nebulite is on my secondary training weapon.
