Did I just get banned or hacked?
I have no clue, but I D/C'd randomly while playing MS and I'm unable to log back in. When I relogged from my entire account I saw someone elses picture. I'm like freaking out because i spent a pretty reasonable amount of money on MS.
I didn't do anything for this ban. Before I was banned for using vulgar language but I have no idea what so ever what I did this time. Please help?
And the contact forum won't work for me. It just stayed in the loading screen.

@ToyCottonCandy: It's not like I cannot afford to lose it. It's just if I just recently spent money. Like per-say an hour or 2 ago and made the mesos to get my equips and randomly DC from being banned/hacked then it'd be a total bummer. I've been around since beta and I hardly spend money on MS. I can if I want to, but I put most of my money into Rumble Fighter. After a while of getting back into MS I've become more of a damage hog, so I wanted more.
Back on topic, I would just be totally upset if I did get banned or hacked since I just spent money.
I'd be devastated if I wasn't banned but found all my characters deleted.

Ok, good, it was just on the log in screen, but I didn't get to look into the characters itself since I can't log in.

Thanks, I've done all of those. Nobody has told me that I can get hacked just from being logged in. I haven't gone onto any of those hacking sites. And I'm pretty sure you'd be upset too if you had just spent money on NX just to make up some mesos to finally get the equips that you've always wanted. I am not blaming nexon for this, I'm just saying I would be upset if I did get a permanent ban. And I haven't been relogging fast. I've only relogged once and I saw the picture come up and I started to freak out.
