Took me a couple times getting the right position but you were right.
I just used to spam BKB for Beany... I remember the hitbox being a lot smaller.

yes we can pink bean quite efficiently actually.

battle mage arent much of a combo class. we definitly need control over our teleport and FB to deal maximum DPS tho.
FB + vertical tele is the best DPS we can get as of the revamp, dark genesis when you can along with BKB.
teleport aslo have an extra effect when used, it makes an mark appear on mobs, bosses and deals extra damage when we attack bosses with said mark so even if you cant control your teleport yet, its still worth using. dark chain and battle burst also both activate dark mark on mobs and bosses so its worth to use them wisely during bosses.

for bossing efficiently, you gotta learn to control tele up + FB for max DPS. along with dark gen + BKB whenever you can
auras plays a big part during bosses too.
dont be fooled by dark aura 20% dmg boost, you will not use it often in end game bosses.
debuff aura is your best friend in end game bosses, it drops the bosses DEF by 20% and its hyper gives us 10% ele ignore which gives a WAY bigger dmg boost than dark aura.
drain aura is usefull for pot CD bosses such as magnus, empress and gollux.
blue aura i only find usefull at chaos queen and chaos pink bean, the 20% status resist is very welcome and the auto dispel hyper is too.

for mobing, its up to you which aura to use;
use yellow aura if you 1-2 hit mobs.
dark aura if you need more hits to kill mobs,

There aren't really any combos you need to know... you can either spam FB or FB + dark shock (tele). Throw in a Dark Genesis for the Final Attack thing and a BKB for more damage.

I think one thing that you'd focus on is your auras. I think many people just stick to one, but for example, going between Drain and Debuff on bosses with pot cooldown.
