As an Evan, the map with the flions. I can just stand in the middle area and hit everything with 2 skills. Then once in a while move out to check for nodes.
If you don't get answers that you want here though, best is to use battle analysis and check on your own.
My own favourite is "Slurpy Forest: Dealie-Bobber Forest 2" in Chu Chu.
It has only two long and flat platforms with a portal between them (which you don't need if you have good vertical mobility)
The map with blazing erdas might be good. You go from top down and there's a portal at that'll bring you right back to the top.
But I think the best map would be the lantern ones. It's basically flat with 2 levels of height and portals that bring you from one side to the other.
