BoF - UA and Normal Adventurer?

Aside from the 2 skills they receive (the KoC skills) and the 'Equip items 10 levels higher', is there a difference between a UA and a Normal Adventurer?
I was under the impression that when the new system arrives, Level 120 KoCs provide a stronger BoF than it did originally.

I guess what I'm asking is: Do the buffs stack? Do Ultimate Adventurers get some sort of stacked buff with +4X att whereas normal adventurers only get +2X?
Or will both UA and Adventurers have the same BoF (so in terms of damage with say... Brave slash, a UA would deal the same damage as a Hero [identical of course]) (Where the stronger buff overrides the weaker one)
